Rahow, with Codac, is one of the 2 founder of Apex.

After the spliting of Codac,Tenshu,Bosco and german members who leave to form Syndrome, Rahow gone to Les Shadock, then in several other group.

In 2002, he and Codac decided to re-form Apex originaly to do a GBA demo.

Rahow later moved to Israel and recruit french and israeli new members.
