Apex was stopped again due to lack of motivation from several members.. Codac gone working in Canada and stopped beeing insteresting in making demos. Rahow move from France to Israel and decided to rebuilt Apex on the ashes of a dead israeli group that he belong to: Quasars. So Bacter and Cycat unofficially joined as musician and coder.
